Pupil Premium
What is Pupil Premium Funding?
Pupil Premium is additional funding that the Government gives to schools in England. The Pupil Premium Grant must be spent to help pupils reach their full potential. This is for both academic and social/emotional support. The school decides how best to spend the funding using the latest research and guidance.
The below links detail the pupil premium expenditure of Kirton Lane Primary School for this and the previous academic year:

What is Sports Premium Funding?
Sports Premium is funding provided jointly by the Departments for Education, Health, and Culture, Media and Sport (DfE, DH, DCMS).
The Premium is designed to help children get an active start in life, supporting primary schools to improve the quality of their PE and sport provision so that pupils experience the benefits of regular exercise – from becoming healthier both mentally and physically to improved behaviour and better academic achievement.
