Kirton Lane commemorates the signing of the Armistice which brought an end to the First World War and remembers all those who gave their lives in service to their country since 1914.
Pupils and staff laid a wreath of poppies in remembrance at the Stainforth War Memorial at the cemetary on Church Road on Friday. A remembrance assembly took place in school, along with a minutes silence at 11am.
