The school has been involved in a range of activities to raise funds for different charities.
'Read for Good' Charity
We would like to thank all students and parents who donated money to the 'Read for Good' Charity on our World Book Day. The day was a huge success and we would are happy to announce we raised £109.50 for the Charity.
For Children in Need this year we raised a total of £170, thank you to all the pupils and parents who participated in the event and donated money.
2016/17 McMallian Coffee morning raised £183.70, thank you to school council for all their help.
For Children in Need this year the whole school took part in a non-uniform day and raised an amazing £219.25
For Children in Need two giant Pudsey Bears were drawn in the school playground. The children were asked to donate copper to fill the bears and to also dress up like super heroes. In total the school raised a total of £347.
The Parent’s Christmas Concert raffle has raised £118.49 for the Philippines Appeal.
On Wednesday 5th February, our school along with thousands of other schools, businesses and choirs signed and sang for Signhealth, the healthcare charity for deaf children and adults. The children were asked for a donation of £1 and to wear a scarf like Olli the Monkey, the charity mascot. The children raised a total of £213 to be donated to the charity.
